Recycling

Two recycling options are available in Ashland.  The City has recycling dumpsters at City Hall that are emptied on a weekly basis.  This service is for residential homes in Ashland only. 

Accepted items:

• paper products
• lightweight cardboard
• plastics #1-7
• aluminum bottles & cans
• tin cans
• steel cans

Please rinse out all plastic and metal items.

Non-accepted items:

• glass
• plastic bags
• styrofoam
• electronics
• diapers
• food
• construction materials
• wood waste

Another option for recycling is curbside provided by your garbage provider.
